Realign dashboard home nav and wire honest ownership stats (#164) 
Flatten authenticated sidebar IA, move admin to the profile menu, right-align TopSearchBar actions, and replace placeholder dashboard panels with data from /api/user/stats and /api/user-cards.

Brief 1: Flat nav + top bar alignment

Goal

Flatten authenticated navigation and right-align TopSearchBar actions; admin only in profile menu.

Acceptance criteria

  • Flat primary nav with Dashboard, My Collection, Lists, Decks, Scanner
  • Secondary: Cards (+ Scanner when logged out), Community collapsible
  • No sidebar Admin Tools
  • TopSearchBar actions flush-right (ml-auto)
  • Admin Tools in UserMenu only
