Summary

  • Extract camera stream lifecycle, shape-detection intervals, and tracked-card polling into lib/use-camera-scanner.js
  • Add selectCardsReadyForVerification() helper + timing constants to lib/scanner-card-detection.js
  • CameraScanner is now identification/disambiguation UI + JSX only (718 → 540 lines)

Test plan

  • npm run lint — 0 problems
  • npm run test:run — 74/74 pass (+2 new tests)
  • CI green
