Summary

Sort missing MTG and Pokémon sets by release date descending (newest first) instead of oldest-first.
Merge both games into a single queue sorted by release date so a 3-set cron run can import recent Pokémon sets (e.g. Perfect Order) alongside new MTG releases instead of draining a 542-set MTG backlog from 1993.
Add unit tests for discovery sort order and buildCatalogSyncQueue.

Context

First prod cron run imported Unlimited Edition / Foreign Black Border / Summer Magic — correct behavior for oldest-first, wrong for keeping the scanner catalog fresh.

Test plan

npm run test:run — 40/40 green
After merge + deploy, re-run curl -H "Authorization: Bearer $CRON_SECRET" https://deckhearth.com/api/cron/sync-catalog and confirm recent sets (Final Fantasy MTG, Perfect Order Pokémon) appear in setsProcessed
