Summary

Extract ScannedCardItem with per-card condition, foil, and quantity controls
Session-level defaults for new scans (persisted in deckhearth:scanner-session)
Ownership badge via new GET on /api/cards/[id]/ownership ("You own N")
Propagate condition, is_foil, and quantity on owned/collection/deck POSTs

Part of redesign-scanner-flow convoy — Brief 2. Brief 3 (Blob scan images) follows.

Test plan

npm run test:run — 21/21
Scan card you already own → badge shows current count
Change condition/foil on queue item → Mark Owned sends correct payload
Auto-route to destination respects quantity + foil split on user_cards
