draft-PR and live E2E verify tasks, and phase A–E execution order after

Task summary

From the Plans UI, Start on a ready (or draft with confirm) task creates a Mission Control convoy prefilled from the task, then navigates to mission control with that convoy selected.

Description

Bridges roadmap → execution without Cursor.

Behavior

Button visible on eligible tasks
Calls tRPC wrapping create_convoy semantics: slug derived from task slug, idea markdown from task body, success metric from task title/AC summary
Store link backlogItemId or repo_path on convoy content metadata
Navigate to /{ws}/mission-control with convoy selected
Idempotency: if open convoy already linked to this task, focus it instead of duplicating
