- `docs/copilot-prompt.md` NEW — system prompt for `gate-copilot` and `ops copilot` (reuse `convoys.ts:gut` prompt but versioned in `docs/` for harness portability).

- `docs/examples/sop-published-flow.md` NEW — one SOP showing `Task-write-sop → doc_review → published → artifact gallery` e2e with screenshots placeholder.
