Randall Stillwell 3da66d9b29 refactor(deck): useDeckDetail + DeckDetailView (Brief 3) ... Extract detail page state into useDeckDetail and layout into DeckDetailView; pages/deck/[id].js is a thin loading/not-found gated composer.
