test(scanner): cover redesign API and component surfaces (#47) 
Add vitest specs for user-cards quantity validation, scan upload-image
auth/rate-limit/MIME gates, ScannerDestinationPicker, and ScannedCardItem.
Suite grows 21 → 37 tests.
