Extract computeDeckStats / isBasicLand into lib/deck-builder-stats.js with vitest coverage
Extract the deck summary metrics row into components/DeckBuilderStatsBar.js
pages/deck-builder.js drops ~58 lines (828 → 770)

Part of P2 #13 god-component-split — deck-builder slice Brief 1.
