Summary

Delete pages/api/cards/import-lorcana.js — no frontend or admin UI caller; Lorcana catalog work lives under pages/api/admin.
Delete scripts/import-lorcana.js — CLI only proxied to the removed route.
Update AGENTS.md, .cursor/rules/api-routes.mdc, and scripts/README.md so import rate-limit docs list MTG + Pokémon only.

Test plan

npm run test:run — 53/53 passed locally
CI forbidden-endpoints — no references to import-lorcana (grep clean)
Smoke: admin card-import still offers MTG + Pokémon only

Notes

scripts/import-lorcana-simple.js still exists and references the deleted endpoint; out of scope for this slice (historical helper). Consider a follow-up if unused.
