Summary

Add POST /api/admin/sync-catalog — admin JWT auth, same checkImportRateLimit gate as manual import routes, calls shared runCatalogSync().
Add Run catalog sync section on /admin/card-import with result summary (sets processed, pending counts, errors).
Set 300s maxDuration on the admin route in vercel.json (matches the cron handler).

No CRON_SECRET needed from the browser — cron endpoint stays cron-only; admins use the new route.

Test plan

npm run test:run — 40/40 green
Log in as admin → /admin/card-import → click Run catalog sync → confirm success panel shows imported sets
Non-admin / unauthenticated POST returns 403 / 401
