Summary

  • Sync agent pipeline v0.6.0: L2 model routing defaults, model-routing.mdc, model routing policy, convoy logging, manifest at 0.6.0.
  • Interactive sync reviewed L1/L3 conflicts — kept all tcg-vault-specific CI, rules, and docs (no overwrites).
