🚀 Deployment Trigger:
- Force new deployment to ensure API endpoints are detected
- New endpoints should be available:
  - /api/collections (GET, POST)
  - /api/collections/add-card (POST)
  - /api/cards/find-or-create (POST)
  - /api/test-db-local (GET)
