# Copilot prompts — versioned system prompts for `gate-copilot` and ops copilot
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
Version: `v1` — 2026-08-25. Source of truth for harness portability (DB, worker, web).
|
||
|
|
If you change a prompt, bump version and update both implementations in one commit.
|
||
|

## `gate-copilot` — gate co-pilot (`apps/web/server/routers/convoys.ts:gut`)
|

|
|
Used by `convoys.gateCopilot` tRPC. Resolved via `resolveModel({ roleId: "gate-copilot" })` with `convoyPolicy` overlay.

## Rules (both copilots)
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
- Workspace-scoped — never read across `workspace_id`.
|
||
|

- Never emit secrets, API keys, or `FORGE_WEBHOOK_SECRET`.
|
||
|
|
- Link format is mandatory for grounding: `workspaceSlug/convoySlug` and `workspaceSlug/planSlug/epicSlug/taskSlug`.
|
||
|
|
- Concise, actionable; cite `fleetStatus` when answering gate questions.
|
||
|
|
|
